The Experience

Light – Journey Through the 7 Chakras...

… is a three-day immersive retreat in the tropical Paradise of Serra Grande, Bahia.

A guided inner journey through the body’s energy centers — the chakras — where emotions, perception, and vitality are brought into deeper awareness through direct experience.

This retreat is created for those who seek more than concepts or information —
for those who wish to truly experience themselves.

Across the days, you are gently guided through a structured process that integrates body-based practices, reflection, and conscious group work.

The journey unfolds through lived experience: grounding, emotional flow, clarity, expression, and presence — not as ideas, but as states to be embodied.

Practices

Each chakra is approached through carefully designed practices, including:

  • Grounding and somatic work
  • Music, Sound healing and vibrational work
  • Guided meditation
  • Rituals of cleansing and elemental connection
  • River immersion practices
  • Creative and sensory exploration
  • Body-based and energetic practices
  • Movement, Authentic expression and relational exercises
  • Writing, silence, and integration periods

Everything is designed to bring you out of the mind and into direct experience — through the intelligence of the body.

THE JOURNEY THROUGH THE CHAKRAS

This retreat unfolds as a guided journey through the seven energy centers of the body — the chakras.

Each center reflects a different dimension of your inner and outer life.

Rather than approaching them as concepts, you are invited to experience them directly — through the body, through sensation, through presence.

Each layer reveals itself in its own time.

Not through effort,
but through presence.

This is not about understanding the chakras.
It is about experiencing them —
and remembering who we really are

Who this is for?

This retreat is designed for individuals who feel the call to set free their highest potential.

It is for those who are long  for spaces where they can be who they really are.

What participants typically take with them is not conceptual knowledge, but something tangible:

  • A clearer awareness of emotional patterns
  • A deeper connection to the body
  • Practical tools for regulation and presence
  • A more grounded sense of clarity in daily life
  • A subtle but lasting shift in how they relate to themselves and the world.
