Light – Journey Through the Seven Chakras is a three-day immersive experience in the lush nature of Serra Grande, Bahia. A safe and welcoming space where you will be guided through a deep journey across the seven energy centers of the body — the chakras.
Throughout these days, we will explore each of these centers experientially, integrating body, mind, and spirit. Through practices such as meditation, body expression, somatic work, mantras, mudras, and healing experiences, you will be invited to feel, release, and expand. More than understanding, this is a call to experience within yourself:
